About Andrea

I’m Andrea Paredes, founder and interior designer of Sensa Living.

My background began in hospitality, where I learned how thoughtfully designed spaces can influence emotion, connection, and the way people feel within them. That understanding stayed with me long before I ever studied design.

Years later, while living in Bangkok, I discovered interior design as a way to bring together culture, function, and feeling — not just aesthetics. It was there that I began to see design as a tool for wellbeing, not decoration.

Now based in Australia, Sensa Living was born from a clear belief:

a home should not only look beautiful, but support how you live, move, and feel every day.

My approach is rooted in clarity-first, wellbeing-led design. Rather than following trends or creating spaces that feel styled but disconnected, I focus on helping people reduce overwhelm, understand their space, and make confident, intentional decisions.

Whether through self-led design guides or personalised 1:1 support, my work is about creating homes that feel calm, grounded, and genuinely aligned with the people who live in them.

Because when a space feels right, life inside it flows more easily.

Wellbeing First

Every color, texture, and light choice carries energy — shaping our mood, emotions, and the way we experience daily life. Design becomes a quiet act of care, guiding calm, creativity, and presence.

Beauty with Purpose

A home is more than walls and furniture — it’s your ritual, your energy, your story. Every corner tells who you are and how you want to live. I design spaces that nurture connection, authenticity, and soul.

Sustainability

Conscious design means choosing with intention — valuing natural materials, local artisans, and brands that give back to the planet. I believe beauty and responsibility can coexist, creating spaces that are kind to both people and Earth.
